William Charles Sapp

William Charles was born on October 29th, 1929 in Bledsoe Co, TN. William Charles' father was Edward Carmack Sapp and his mother was Ova Lee Debord. His paternal grandparents were William Collins Sapp and Hettie Jane Simmons. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Henry Clay, Benjamin Franklin, Katherine and Linda. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 40 on August 20th, 1970 in Bledsoe Co, TN. He was buried in Blackburn Cemetery, Bledsoe Co, TN.
