Floe Estes Russell

Floe Estes was born on March 17th, 1905 in Cyril, Caddo Co, OK. Floe Estes' father was William Elbert Russell and her mother was Alta Elizabeth Harrel. Her paternal grandparents were William Hiram Russell and Mary Rachel Plumlee. She had two brothers and a sister, named Glen Elmer, Lum Elbert and Mary Elois. She died at 7 months old on October 29th, 1905.
