William Roberts

William was born in 1840 in Caswell Co, NC.¹ William's father was Richard Roberts and his mother was Lydia Unknown. His paternal grandparents were John Roberts and Salley Tapley. He had two brothers and a sister, named Francis, John L. and Reana. He was the youngest of the four children.¹
