Rupert Lugent was born on May 8th, 1908 in Carroll Co, TN.  Rupert Lugent's father was Charles Jackson Pritchard and his mother was Lucy Lorretta Parish.  His maternal grandparents were Sion Parish and Eliza Jane Montgomery. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James Franklin, Carlie, Willie Lodus, Orville, Meadie Pearl, Esther A. and Lydia N..  He was the youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 81 on August 1st, 1989 in Steele, Pemiscot Co, MO.
