Mary Louise was born in 1814 in Granville Co, NC.  Mary Louise's father was John Sihon Parish and her mother was Celia Roberts.  Her maternal grandparents were Jeremiah Roberts and Temperance Unknown. She had four brothers and a sister, named Claiborne 'Clayborn', Jeremiah S., Brodie, George Washington and Temperance.  She was the second oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 46 on October 24th, 1860 in Carroll Co, TN.  She was buried in Mount Comfort Cemetery, Carroll Co, TN.1
