John Sion Parish

John Sion was born in 1844 in Carroll Co, TN.¹ John Sion's father was Claiborne 'Clayborn' Parish and his mother was Judith J. Butler. His paternal grandparents were John Sihon Parish and Celia Roberts. He had a brother and five sisters, named William Thomas, Elizabeth Ann, Eliza, Martha June, Judith Jemima and Rosanna. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had a half-sister named Louisa Green. He died at the age of 16 in 1860.
