Martha 'Mattie' Lena King

Martha 'Mattie' Lena was born on July 25th, 1886 in Carroll Co, TN. Martha 'Mattie' Lena's father was William Presley King and her mother was Martha June Parish. Her maternal grandparents were Claiborne 'Clayborn' Parish and Judith J. Butler. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Claiborn Wesly, Green Rase, Chesley Thomas, John P., Eliza T., Lavada Ada, Judy R. and Mary Aslee. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 99 on September 20th, 1985 in Carroll Co, TN. She was buried in Mount Comfort Cemetery, Carroll Co, TN.
