Samuel Pannell Goforth

Samuel Pannell was born on May 10th, 1921 in Cleveland Co, NC. Samuel Pannell's father was George Edward Goforth and his mother was Maggie Elizabeth Pannell. His paternal grandparents were Henry Wright Goforth and Frances 'Fannie' C. Brinkley. He had five brothers and a sister, named John William, Charles Edward, George Martin, Joseph Alexander, Coleman Wright and Zella Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 57 on September 22nd, 1978 in Charlotte, Cleveland Co, NC. He was buried in Beulah Methodist Cemetery, Waco, Cleveland Co, NC.
