Lena Letha Dewhitt

Lena Letha was born on December 27th, 1919 in Buffalo, Wilson Co, KS.¹ Lena Letha's father was Joseph Henry Dewhitt and her mother was Mary Louella McLean. Her paternal grandparents were William Ashbury Dewhitt and Lydia Anna Wall. She had six brothers and five sisters, named William Alva, Everett Lavern, Joseph Paul, George, Stanley Orlando, Charles Stewart, Mabel Lydia, Gladys Alvina, Inez Claudia, Ruth Luella and Norma Jean. She was the third youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 29 on August 28th, 1949 in Ponca City, Kay Co, OK.¹
