Matthew Walker Curry

Matthew Walker was born on May 10th, 1919 in Rockingham Co, NC.¹ Matthew Walker's father was Walker Matthew Curry and his mother was Dora Mae Grant. His maternal grandparents were Ulysses Simmons Grant and Lucinda Bullen. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Leonard Colvin, Richard Arlen, Sanford, Florence Blanche and Margaret. He died at the age of 52 on February 14th, 1972 in Eden, Rockingham Co, NC. He was buried on February 17th, 1972 in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Reidsville, Rockingham Co, NC.¹
