William 'Billie' Cloud

William 'Billie' was born in 1920 in Clark Co, AR. William 'Billie''s father was William Lindsay Cloud and his mother was Nellie Grace Bobo. His paternal grandparents were Charles Samuel Cloud and Sarah Alice Bell. He had a brother and a sister, named Robert Edward 'Bobby' and Lunella G.. He was the second oldest of the three children.
