Elijah Lafayette Carey

Elijah Lafayette was born on October 11th, 1879 in Lanty, Conway Co, AR. Elijah Lafayette's father was James T. Carey and his mother was Missouri Texarkana Noland. His paternal grandparents were James Moses Cary and Rachel Bowman. He had four brothers named Harvey Lonzo, George H., James William and Noah Sanford. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 58 on May 5th, 1938 in Morrilton, Conway Co, AR. He was buried on May 8th, 1938 in Elmwood Cemetery, Conway Co, AR.
