Frances Preston Andrews

Frances Preston was born on August 12th, 1917 in Chapel Hill, Orange Co, NC. Frances Preston's father was Ralph Preston Andrews and her mother was Recie D. Crawford. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Weldon Andrews and Robena Ann Tilley. She had two brothers and a sister, named Ralph Preston, Samuel W. 'Sammie' and Ruth Ellen.
