RICHARD BLAND, 1254 acres in Henrico Co VA "... on the north side
swift Creek in the parish of Bristoll ... on the south side ...
of HATCHER's Runn ... six hundred Acres of the said land being
formerly granted unto CHRISTOPHER ROBINSON and JOHN STURDEVANT by
pattent dated the 23th day of February A.o 1652 & by them deserted,
& since [?] granted unto mr HENRY RANDOLPH de.cd by order of gen.ll
Court and the other six hundred fifty four Acres being Wast land
adjoyning theirunto ... included in one Pattent which was granted
.. unto the said mr HENRY RANDOLPH de.cd by Pattent dated the
27th of November A.o 1672 ... And the said twelve hundred fifty
four Acres being likewise Lapsed [?] from the said RANDOLPH for
want of due seating & planting was granted unto the said
RICH.D BLAND by Order of Gen.ll Court dated the 20th of Ap.ll
A.o 1687 being due unto him by and for the transportacon of
twenty Six persons into this Colony ..."
