Mahala Straw

Mahala was born on May 20th, 1815 in Andover, Massachusetts. Mahala's father was Sargent Straw and her mother is Priscilla Bennet Sanborn. Her paternal grandparents were John Straw and Mary Molly Emerson. She has two brothers and four sisters, named Sargent Sanborn, William H., Elvira, Mary Elizabeth, Abigail Jane and Priscilla Elizabeth. She is the second oldest of the seven children.
