She died at the age of 49 on November 29th, 1921 in Ft. Keogh, Miles City, Custer County, Montana during the Flu epidemic. Keogh, Miles City, Montana where she had died but was later reburied in the Custer Battlefield National Cemetery when they closed the Federal Cemetery at Ft. Keogh, Miles City, Montana and relocated the graves to National Cemeteries.
