Sterling Sargent 
Sterling was born on May 25th, 1731 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. Sterling's father was Jonathan Sargent and his mother is Jemima Sterling. His paternal grandparents were Phillip Sargent and Mary Tewksbury. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Jonathan, Philip, Susannah and Hannah. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 65 in 1796.-
