George R. Nesmith Sargent 
George R. Nesmith was born on November 21st, 1829 in Derry, New Hampshire. George R. Nesmith's father was David Sargent and his mother was Rebecca Shute. His paternal grandfather was Challis Sargent and his paternal grandmother is Jane Buswell. He had a brother and three sisters, named John Newton, Rebecca B., Eliza Jane and Harriet Hopkins. He was the second youngest of the five children. He had three half-brothers and six half-sisters, named George, William, John, Sarah Moore, Harriet, Jane, Eliza Jane, Mary and Rebecca.
