Sybil was born in 1090 in Aberhonwy Brons Wales. Sybil's father was Bernard Neufmarche and her mother is Nesta Verche Osborn. Her paternal grandparents are Geoffrey Neufmarche and Ada Hugleville; her maternal grandfather was Osbern Fitzrichard and her maternal grandmother is Nesta Verch Gruffydd. She was an only child. She died at the age of 53 in 1143 in Glouchester England.
They had a daughter named Lucy of Hereford.
