Jr. Chase Henry John

Jr. Chase Henry was born on April 15th, 1911 in Fitzwilliam, Cheshire County, New Hampshire.  He died at the age of 78 on November 11th, 1989 in Fitzwilliam, Cheshire County, New Hampshire.
