John Hoyt 
John was born on December 8th, 1729 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. He had a brother named Joseph. He was the younger of the two children. He died about 1817 in Chester, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.General Notes
A joiner by occupation, John moved from South Hampton to Brentwood in 1761, was living in Poplin in 1764, and moved to Chester in 1767.
John and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony on November 21st, 1751 in South Hampton, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. They had a daughter named Lois.
