Lylia May was born on May 25th, 1895 in Addison, Steuben, New York. Lylia May's father was Jefferson Solomon Chase and her mother was Jennie S Carr. Her paternal grandparents were Levi Solomon Chase and Minerva A Fenton. She had a brother and two sisters, named Harry, Blanche and Dorothy M. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 44 on October 21st, 1939 in Addison, Steuben, New York.-
