Sarah Edith Bateson 
Sarah Edith was born on September 3rd, 1890 in Wood County, Ohio. Sarah Edith's father was Harvey Bateson and her mother was Martha Jane Hillard. Her maternal grandparents were Daniel Hillard and Martha McDonald. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Bert R., Nelson E., Emory Park, Della May, Laura Esther, Bertha Blanche, Cora Ethel and Flora Ethna. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 88 on September 10th, 1978 in Wood County, Ohio. She was buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Portage, Wood County, Ohio.-
