Maud was born in 1223 in Lincoln, , Lincolnshire, England.  Maud's father was John De Lacy and her mother was Margaret De Quincy.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger De Lacy and Maud De Clare; her maternal grandfather was Robert De Quincy.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 66 on March 10th, 1289 in Lincoln, , Lincolnshire, England.


Maud's first family with Richard De Clare

‌Maud and Richard were married in a religious ceremony on January 26th, 1238 in , , Lincolnshire, England.  They had two sons and a daughter, named Gilbert, Thomas and Roese.


Maud's second family with Nicholas De Segrave

‌Maud and Nicholas were married in a religious ceremony in 1255 in Newington, , Kent, England.  They had a daughter named Eleanor.
