Ida von Ratelberg 
Ida was born in Cham, Oberpfalz, Bavaria. Ida's father was Ratpoto IV Von Cham and her mother was Mathilde of Kastl. Her maternal grandparents were Hermann I of Kastl and Hadegunde Von Diessen. She was an only child. She died in September 1101 in On crusade in Heraclea.General Notes

Known as one of the great beauties of her day.
Ida joined the contingent of Welf I Duke of Bavaria in the First Crusade early in 1101, and in September of that year was among those ambushed at Heraclea by the Sultan Kilij Arslan I. Ekkehard of Aura reports that Ida was killed in the fighting, but rumors persisted that she survived and was carried off to a harem. Later legends claimed that she was the mother of the Muslin hero Zengi, but this is quite impossible on chronological grounds.
