‌Geoffrey I and Petronel of were married in a religious ceremony about 1014 in Angouleme, Aquitaine, Charente, France.  They had six sons and a daughter, named Geoffrey, Arnold (Arnaud), Guillaume, Aymar, Humberge, Fulk and Petgronille.
