Eupheme was born about 1195 in Dundonald, Ayshire, Scotland.1   Eupheme's father was Walter I Stewart and her mother was Beatrix Douglas.  Her paternal grandparents were Alan le Steward and Margaret de Galloway; her maternal grandparents were Gilchrist Douglas De Angus and Marjory of Huntingdon. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, Fifth Earl of Menteith (de jure, John, Elizabeth, Margaret and Daughter.  She died about 1267 in Whittingham, East Lothian, Scotland.1 


Eupheme's family with Patrick of Dunbar

‌Eupheme and Patrick of were married in a religious ceremony about 1213.  They had two sons and a daughter, named Patrick III, Rector of and Agnes.
