Cyrus Seay 
Cyrus was born about 1765 in Amelia Co, Virginia. Cyrus' father was Jesse Gideon Seay and his mother was Betsy Lyon. His paternal grandparents were James M. Seay and Lucy Lewis. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James, Gideon, Reuben, Oney, Maiden Dee and Anne. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died on June 28th, 1792 in Amelia Co, Virginia.1 General Notes
