Pepin 
Pepin was born in Vermandois, Normandy. Pepin's father was Bernard I of Italy & Lombardy and his mother was Cuegonde De Toulouse. His paternal grandparents were Pepin Carloman of Lombardy and Bertha De Toulouse; his maternal grandparents were Guillaume "Le Saint" de Gellone and Kunigonda of Austrasia. He was an only child. He died after 0850.General Notes
Pepin, who was deprived of the throne by his Uncle Louis, Emperor, called the Debonair, received a part of Vermandois and the Seignouries of St. Quentin and Peronne.
