Elizabeth was born on November 22nd, 1807 in Haywood Co or Iredell Co, NC. Elizabeth's father was William Sr. McConnell and her mother was Rachel Adams. Her paternal grandparents were Phillip McConnell and Sarah McClelland; her maternal grandparents were Matthew Adams and Elizabeth Luke. She had four brothers and eight sisters, named John, Milas, David Addison, William, Sarah, Agnes, Jane, Martha Margaret, Mary, Kesiah, Rachel Susan and Patience. She died at the age of 60 on March 17th, 1868 in Macon Co, NC.-
