Maud was born in 1086 in England.  Maud's father was Henry I 'Beauclerc' of England and her mother was Unknown Mistress or Mistresses.  Her paternal grandparents were William I of Normandy and Matilda Forrester. She had two sisters named Constance and Joan. She had twelve half-brothers and twelve half-sisters, named Robert of, William The, Richard, Reginald FitzRoy, William, Gilbert, Earl of, William, Henry, Monk at, Richard of, Baron of, Euphamia, Maud, Sybilla of, Matilda, Alice, Emma, Gundred, Eustacie, Rohese, Nun at, Isabel and Abbess of.  She died on November 26th in Drowned with the wreck of the White Ship in the English Channel.


Maud's family with Routrou II De Perche

‌Maud and Routrou II were married in a religious ceremony in 1103.  They had a son and a daughter, named Philippe of and Matilda Maude Felicie.
