Richard Barnett

Richard was born on October 9th, 1773 in Spartanburg, SC. Richard's father was Joseph Barnett and his mother was Lucy Wade. His paternal grandparents were John Barnette and Katharine Farrar; his maternal grandparents were Richard Sr. Wade and Grissele Dabney. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Joseph Royal "Joroyal", Micajah, John, James, Elijah, Drucilla Pearson and Martha. He was the second youngest of the eight children.
