William Allred 
William was born about 1756. William's father was Thomas Allred and his mother was Elizabeth. His paternal grandparents were John Arledge and Virginia Annie Hamilton. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named James, Elias, John, Moses, Eli, Thomas Jr., Levi, Rachel and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the ten children.-
