John Thomas Terry

John Thomas was born on May 30th, 1858 in Fulton,GA.¹   John Thomas' father is John Wesley *Terry and his mother is Nancy Lewis *Ferguson.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 71 on March 21st, 1930 in Van Zandt Co.,TX.  He was buried in Cana Cemetery,Van Zandt Co.,TX.^1 1 

‌John Thomas and Mattie were married in a religious ceremony on December 24th, 1885 in Van Zandt Co.,TX.  They had six sons and four daughters, named Benjamin Wesley, Emmett Lee, John Willis, Lester Hugh, Ross Lewis, Russel Deyo, Ura, Carey Crane, Mary Odessa and Mattie Faye.
