Russel Leroy was born on October 1st, 1912. Russel Leroy's father was Charles H. Riddle and his mother was Ida Vaughn. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Buchanan Riddle and Ninnie Rebecca Black. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Robert B., Phillip Eugene, Charles Hulen, Leon, Mary Wilma and Living.-
