Phillip Eugene was born on June 29th, 1918. Phillip Eugene's father was Charles H. Riddle and his mother was Ida Vaughn. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Buchanan Riddle and Ninnie Rebecca Black. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Russel Leroy, Robert B., Charles Hulen, Leon, Mary Wilma and Living.-
