John Riddle 
John was born about 1822 in Jackson Co.,AL.1 John's father was Alexander Riddle and his mother was Mary Bynum. His paternal grandfather was Harmon Riddle and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Easley; his maternal grandfather is Isaac or Solmon Bynum. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin Preston, Thomas, Alexander, Sarah, Martha and Mary E.. He is the oldest of the seven children.-
