Mary Lena was born on April 15th, 1911 in Running Water,Hale Co.,Texas.1 Mary Lena's father was Olen Tilden Prickett and her mother was Pearl Riddle. Her paternal grandfather is Russell Augustus *Prickett and her paternal grandmother was Anna Elizabeth Forsyth *Watley; her maternal grandparents were Nicholas Buchanan Riddle and Ninnie Rebecca Black. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Olen Tyson, Buck, Gene, Charley, Anna Eloise, Grace and Carrie Lee. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 68 on June 7th, 1979 in Abilene,Taylor Co.,TX.2 General Notes
