John Daniel *Jordan

John Daniel was born about 1823 in Georgia.¹   John Daniel's father is John Jordan and his mother was Mary Elizabeth (Eliza?) *Pellum.  His paternal grandfather is Nathan Jordan Sr.; his maternal grandparents are Ambrose *Pellum Sr. and Lydia *Kirkland. He has three brothers and four sisters, named David Matthew, Ambrose Pellum, James Pinkney, Elizabeth, Jane, Missouri and Mary Ann.
