Elizabeth was born in 1531 in Pytchley,Northamptonshire,England.¹ Elizabeth's father was Lord Euseby Isham and her mother is Anne Poulton. Her paternal grandfather was Lord Pytchley Thomas Isham and her paternal grandmother is Elene de Vere.
