Elizabeth Hungerford

Elizabeth was born about 1400 in of Hungerford, Somersetshire, England. Elizabeth's father was Walter Hungerford and her mother was Katherine Peverell. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Hungerford and Joan Hussey; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Peverell and Margaret Courtenay. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Walter, Edmund, Robert, William, Joan and Margaret (Mary). She was the oldest of the eight children. She died on December 14th, 1476. She was buried in Powderham, Devonshire, England.¹
