William Danvers 
William was born about 1495 in of Culworth, Oxfordshire, England. William's father was John Danvers and his mother was Ann Stradling. His paternal grandparents were Richard Danvers and Elizabeth Langston. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Richard, Thomas, John, Susan, Dorothy, Anne, Elizabeth, Constance, Margart or Margaret and Margery. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.
