Sarah was born on May 15th, 1704 in Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts, USA.1 Sarah's father was Samuel Crossman and her mother was Mary (Sawyer)Gulliver. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Crossman and Sarah Kingsbury. She had seven brothers named Joseph, Samuel, Robert, Barnabus, Gabriel, Phinehas and Theophilus. She is the third youngest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Thomas, Elizabeth and Mary.-
