Helene De was born in 1310.1 Helene De's father was Alan La Zouche and her mother was Eleanor De Segrave. Her maternal grandparents were Nicholas De Segrave and Maud De Lacy. She had eight sisters named Efena, Ela, Elena, Margaret, Maud, Mary Louisiana, Elisabeth and Helene De Louisiana Rohan. She is the youngest of the nine children.-
