Mary Barnett

Mary was born in 1767 in Mecklenburg, NC, USA.¹ Mary's father was Hugh Barnett and her mother was Elizabeth Charity Ashmore. Her paternal grandfather was Thomas Barnett. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert, James, Margaret, Elizabeth, Hannah, Agness and Dorcas. She is the second youngest of the eight children.
