‌John and Maud were married in a religious ceremony on February 10th, 1652 in Clifton, Runcorn, Cheshire, England.¹   They had six sons and fifteen daughters, named George, Robert, Roger, John, John, Thomas, Maude, Elizabeth, Alice, Blanch, Margaret, William Arnold, Be Atrice, Beatrice, Ann, Isabel, Parnella, Dorothy, Margery, Ellen and Ellen.
