Christopher Stapleton 
Christopher was born in 1485 in Wighill, Yorkshire, England.1 Christopher's father was Bryan Stapleton and his mother was Jane Thirkeld. His paternal grandparents were William Stapleton and Margaret Pickering; his maternal grandparents were Lancelot Threlkeld and Margaret Bromflete. He had two sisters named Margaret and Eleanor. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 52 in August 1537 in Wighill, Yorkshire, England.1 -
