Margaret Savile 
Margaret was born in 1508 in Thornhill, Tankersley, Yorkshire, England.1 Margaret's father was John Savile and her mother was Elizabeth Paston. Her paternal grandfather was John Savile and her paternal grandmother is Jane Harrington; her maternal grandparents were William Paston and Anne Beaufort. She had a brother and two sisters, named Henry, Elizabeth and Ann. She is the youngest of the four children. She had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named Thomas, Nicholas, Simon, Richard, Edward, Matthew and Isabel.-
