Nicholas Lanier 
Nicholas was born in 1544 in Rouen, France.1 Nicholas' father was John Lanier and his mother was Jane Lanier. His paternal grandfather was Nicholas Lanier and his paternal grandmother is Frances Galliardello. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Barbara, Mary and Celia. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 67 on January 31st, 1611 in East Greenwich, Kent, England.1 
‌Nicholas and Lucreece were married in a religious ceremony on February 13th, 1571 in All Hallows Barking, London, England.1 They had five sons and four daughters, named Alphonse, Innocent, Clement, Andrea, Jerome, Mary, Ellen, Katherine and Frances.
