John H Cook 
John H was born in 1843.1 John H's father was Joseph Cook and his mother was Mary Ann Moody. His paternal grandfather was Unknown Cook; his maternal grandparents were Henry Moody and Lidda Moody. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Charles, John Henry, Joseph Nathaniel, James Allen, Sarah Elizabeth, Mary Jane and Margaret Ann. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
